FOR NON-COMMERCIAL COMMISSION REQUEST

Section 1. Commission Requests
1.1 Right to Accept or Decline: The artist, herein referred to as "The Artist," retains the right to accept, decline, cancel, or refund a commission request at their discretion, without specifying a reason.
1.2 Copyright Ownership: The Artist retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights over the commissioned artwork, which includes the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the work.
1.3 Public Display: The Artist reserves the right to post, publish, and display commissioned artworks, as well as work-in-progress (WIP) stages, on their online platforms and in their portfolio.
Section 2. Client Usage Rights
2.1 Posting Commissioned Artwork: Clients are granted the right to post the commissioned artwork on their websites and social media channels, provided they give proper attribution by linking to The Artist's social media profiles in their posts.
2.2 No Profitable Use: Clients are expressly prohibited from utilizing the commissioned artwork for any form of commercial gain or profit, including but not limited to resale or commercial usage.
2.3 Alterations and Watermarks: Clients are strictly prohibited from removing The Artist's watermark, altering, or editing the commissioned artwork without explicit written consent.
2.4 NFTs Prohibition: Clients are strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork to create and sell it as a non-fungible token (NFT).
Section 3. Commission Details
3.1 Revisions: The Artist allows for a maximum of three revisions during the sketch phase or as deemed necessary. Further revisions may be subject to additional charges
3.2 Turnaround Time: The completion timeframe for commissions generally ranges from one to four weeks. Delays may occur due to the complexity of the piece, a backlog of pending commissions, or personal issues. Clients will be informed in advance of any expected delays.
3.3 Additional Fees: Clients may incur additional fees for complex background additions, extra props, or any other elements that significantly increase the complexity of the piece.
3.4 File Delivery: The final commissioned artwork will be delivered as high-resolution PNG files via Gmail or another mutually agreed-upon method.
Section 4. Payment Details
4.1 Payment Options: Clients have two payment options:
**4.1.1 Pay 50% of the commission fee after the sketch is sent for approval and the remaining 50% before receiving the final artwork.
4.1.2 Pay 100% of the commission fee upfront.
4.2 Delivery of Final Artwork: The Artist will not deliver the final piece until full payment has been received and cleared.
4.3 Refund Policy: The Artist maintains a strict no-refund policy once the commission process has commenced.
4.4 Accepted Payment Methods: Payments for international clients are accepted exclusively through PayPal, while Filipino clients may opt to use GCASH or bank transfer as the preferred payment methods.
4.5 PayPal Fee: For payments made through PayPal, a 5% fee will be added to the total commission price to cover PayPal transaction fees.

2. Once commission request is confirmed, a form will be given to you and you may fill-up the details of your order.
3. An invoice will be sent to you via paypal. Once payment is confirmed, artist will start on your order.
4. There will be a weekly update on the commission every Wednesday & Saturday, or when it is necessary for the artist to update.
